Our guest rooms are centrally air-conditioned and are comfortably decorated with specially chosen fabrics and hand-made quilts. All rooms include private baths  with toiletries, blow dryers, robes and slippers, wireless internet, cable TV and clock radios with CD players.

The Inn features a secluded swimming pool, tranquil indoor/outdoor porch settings where guests can enjoy viewing birds and gardens. The upstairs enclosed porch is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, complimentary beverages, popcorn, and snacks which are always available.

A full breakfast is served in the dining room which includes fruit juices, fresh fruit, best damned home-made granola in the state of Virginia, a main entrée with appropriate breakfast meat, coffee and/or tea. Upon request, we will accommodate vegetarian, gluten- free, and diabetic needs. (Because of the cost of gluten free prepared foods, there will be an additional charge of $5.00 per day).

A 10% discount is available to senior citizens and active duty military personnel.

A credit card number is required to confirm a reservation. Cancellations made  within 7 days of arrival will result in a one night’s room rental charge being processed against the credit card as a cancellation fee. “No shows” (no call or email to cancel) will be charged the full amount of the reserved stay (1 night, 2  nights, etc.). We are sorry, but due to our limited number of rooms and the cost of  preparing for your visit, we must adhere strictly to this policy unless the room can  be rebooked.

All weekends in May and October, and 3-day holiday weekends (Memorial Day, Labor Day, etc.) require a 2-night minimum stay.

Cash, personal and traveler’s checks, Visa, MasterCard, and

American Express accepted as payment.

An 11% state and local tax is added to the room rate.

Check-in is from 3:00 to 8:00 pm. Check-out is 11:00 am.

Children over the age of 8 are welcome.

For the comfort of ALL guests, no smoking is permitted inside the Inn.

Sorry, we love them too, but no pets are permitted.
